I wake up and fall asleep thinking about music most days. I can’t imagine how much sadder my life would be without music, or what would keep me sane.
From a physics standpoint, photos and music represent exact opposites - one occupies space but no time, the other time but no space.
I think photos are cool because they will never change, they give us a sense of control over the 4th dimension
by allowing us to capture an instant of it, holding it back against time’s forward flow.
But nothing beats music.
