“This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Key-Z Productions and the Ken Kesey estate LLC”
Who’s losing money from a twenty-second clip??? Someone’s greed is worth more to them than sharing the spirit of the Beat Generation with a new generation.
As soon as Neal and Ken turned their backs, somebody took off with the bus…

Mmmm, kodamatic…
Taken at an arts and acting camp where I work in the summer. They have a “photography tent,” where children young and old can borrow cameras and do a lot of cool photography-related activites.
The place is also literally covered in gorgeous old cameras, apparently donated by some photography enthusiasts a while back.
It’s wonderful… there’s old Kodaks like this, some even older-looking single-frame ones with small lenses and fabric covers, and all manner of gadgets and components hanging around.
Every now and then, a child will discover a working flash module and use it on people for the rest of the day!
Chromakode is a Portland artist, blogger, musician, and force of nature.

You were asking what the title of the piece is. But there is no title. In fact, I don’t put titles on a lot of the work I do.
Why? Because when it comes to abstract art, the work can speak to many different people in many different ways.
You can have a hundred people look at a specific piece and you could conceivably have a hundred different reactions to it. The meaning, feeling, and emotion that’s generated can be strikingly different from one person to the next.
So for me, by titling or “labeling” a piece you end up “putting it in a box”, so to speak. Then that piece becomes something specific. Which limits your imagination and the possibilities of what the piece could be or mean.
I like to leave it open to each individual looking at the piece to determine what it means to them without any outside influence telling them what it’s supposed to mean. That make sense?

Luminescentaura
Hoping to showcase the beauty and design of pinball games, these images attempt to reveal the environment that has captivated players for decades.
Color and composition were my initial motivations for the series, while capturing the reflections of a metal sphere posed an interesting technical challenge.
The photographs in this collection are not as much a reflection of my efforts as they are of the people who influence and motivate me.
